You all guys are aware of GATE exam for M.Tech/MS in India. But not all people are lucky enough to get good score in GATE. So you may be worrying about your admission in good college.

No need to worry ! If your gate score is low or even your are not GATE qualified, there are many good colleges which take their own entrance exam for M.tech/MS. 

Below are the list of colleges which take their own entrance exam. I am writing the colleges as per their rankings. Click on the college name to

1) IIIT -  Hyderabad (Best in private institute)

2) BITS - Pilani Campus
3) IIIT -  Bangalore 

4) MIT -  Mangalore Campus

5) VIT -  Vellore Campus

6) IIIT -  Delhi

7) SRM - Main campus

And many other colleges like Amity-Noida, JayPee institute, Laxmi Mittal 

institute are there, but it would be good if you don't prefer them.Don't go 

for any college blindly. Gather all the information about the college and then 

only take admission.

Keep seeing the updates of these colleges on their sites for applying 

in the entrance exam. Generally, online forms will be available after the 

completion of GATE exam.

However, GATE is the best option to get best colleges like IITs, NITs ....
